I’m an online health & performance coach with over 25 years experience helping mature female cyclists become the strongest, fastest and healthiest versions of themselves.

I am a World & British Champion, and have recently become World Record Holder for the Marathon on The Concept 2 Indoor Rower. 

At the age of 45 I am faster and stronger than I’ve ever been.

I did this by training smarter not harder, and I now use the exact strategies I used with my clients to help them thrive on and off the bike during menopause and beyond.

I've helped hundreds of mature female cyclists through my signature program, The Cycling Transformation Blueprint, improve their speed and endurance, get stronger, lose fat, and balance their hormones.

I used to think that more was better, that I had to be lighter and suffer to get faster.

I got away with this push push push mentality in my early 20s and 30s, but it caught up with me in my 40s.  And my body broke down.

I learned that the same things that worked 20 years ago will not work for you now your body is different.

I am driven to show mature female cyclists that they can get faster and stronger with age, by working with their unique bodies and hormones.
